Returns and Exchange Policy

We strive to provide a smooth and transparent process for returns and exchanges. Please review our updated policy below:

Returns

Time Frame: Customers can return their package within 15 days after delivery.

Shipment Charges: Customers will be responsible for all shipment charges associated with the return.

Custom Charges: Any customs duties or charges incurred during the return will also be borne by the customer.

Processing: Once the returned package is received, we will process your refund promptly.

Exchanges

Time Frame: After 15 days, the item will no longer be eligible for a refund. However, customers can still request an exchange within 30 days after delivery.

Shipment Charges: Customers will be responsible for all shipment charges associated with the exchange.

Custom Charges: Customers will also be responsible for any customs and duties associated with sending or receiving the exchanged product.

Important Notes

Warehouse Location: Our warehouse is in Pakistan, and customs or duties may be incurred when sending a new package during exchanges.

Processing Time: After receiving the returned package, shipment for exchanges may take 10 to 15 days to reach the customer.

Condition: All refund and exchange products are only eligible if they are unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags intact.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

Reason & Attachments: When requesting a return or exchange, please provide a clear reason for the return/exchange along with supporting attachments (e.g., photos of the product, packaging, or any defects). This will help us assist you efficiently.
